Culinary Arts

The Culinary Arts program will provide students with an opportunity to showcase their creative talents and learn about different cooking styles and cuisines locally and globally.  The first goal is to help students learn the basics of cooking including technique, measurements and safety. Students will learn about meal prep and how to read recipes and about proper cooking etiquette. After, students will be able to use their creative talents to prepare simple dishes leading up to difficult dishes.
